About Diana

I offer you knowledge, experience, and reputation as your realtor. I've been working full time since 1987. I have sold houses in every price range throughout Marin. I know the nuances of neighborhoods, of mini climates and of schools. My experience makes me equally comfortable in dealing with a young family with children just starting out or a death in a family requiring the organization of a large estate. I cherish the variety and intimacy in my work—it is always meaningful, never superficial. 

My reputation precedes me and is perhaps my most important asset. When I am writing an offer for you, the listing agent will know me or about me—your offer will gain value due to my reputation. When I represent you as a seller other agents will know they can trust what I say about your property and that I have been fair in helping you place a value on it. I have a large network of specialists who help me do my job including termite inspectors, stagers and contractors. I have built relationships with them and the different town inspectors over the years. 

I am partnered with Callie Hammer who has worked in real estate for more than five years with me and other top producers. I appreciate her tech and marketing skills. Her energy makes everything more fun!

I work for Golden Gate Sothebys International Realty,  a highly estimed Bay Area company. We have been impressed by their supportive nature and cutting edge market knowledge. The office culture is kind and supportive.

A University of California at Berkeley graduate, I lived in Ross in Marin County for 40+ years and raised my four children there. I have recently moved to San Geronimo Valley where I love the beauty and peace. I speak French, Spanish and Tahitian. I love living in Marin.

Although company statistics state I am a top producer, my ultimate goal is to provide a consistent, thoughtful, caring, dynamic kind of real estate experience with my client’s needs foremost. My business comes from satisfied clients and their friends.

Callie is a genuinely positive, caring, and down-to-earth Marin native with an infectious spirit that makes her a joy to work with. She loves to laugh, have fun and create authentic relationships with her clients, always keeping their best interest at heart. Raised in the beautiful town of Ross, Callie grew up enjoying the unique outdoor lifestyle that Marin offers, the perfect place for nature lovers and raising a family. Professionally, Callie is known for her dedication, diligence and exceptional project management skills from her career as director of operations for three successful southern California restaurants. After working in the real estate field for over five years, she has returned to the Bay Area to join Diana Hammer to form The Hammer Group. Together, with Diana’s vast 30-year knowledge and expertise and Callie’s fresh, energetic perspective, they are a great combination of experience and technological agility! Callie’s passions lie in preparing homes for the market and the hunt for the perfect dream home for her buyers.

In her free time, Callie enjoys time on Mt Tam exploring new trails, photography, camping and spending time with her husband, Nick, and her young fun dog, Indy.
